are subject to correction, verification, availability, and confirmation.

Payment method may be charged upon or after our confirmation of a reservation.

Reservations are subject to availability until paid in full.

STOPS AND WAITING TIME

Pickup or Destination waiting time will be charged at Hourly vehicle rate.

Scheduled or Unscheduled Stops are subject to availability, and are billed at $25 per stop + Hourly vehicle rate.

Hourly rates:  Full Size SUV $125, Luxury SUV $175, Passenger Van $250, Midsize SUV $85

RESERVATION CHANGES

Changes are permitted, subject to vehicle and rate availability, up to 24 hours prior to initial reservation pickup time.

Cancellation policy will apply to original or modified initial reservation pickup date and time, whichever is earlier.
 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
-Trips with origination AND destination within 90 miles of Bozeman, MT:
Cancellations made within 72 HOURS of the initial reservation pickup time are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 72 HOURS prior to initial reservation pickup time are eligible for full refund.

-Trips with origination OR destination more than 90 miles from Bozeman, MT:
Cancellations made within 30 DAYS of the initial reservation pickup time are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 30 DAYS prior to initial reservation pickup time are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Booking party and all passengers agree that Lone Mountain Logistics and/or it's affiliates shall under no circumstances be liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages due to delays in service, including but not limited to those caused by traffic delays, road closures, traffic accidents, detours, emergency services, or any other cause beyond it's control.

Promo Codes are subject to discretionary approval, and have no cash value

Children under six years old and weighing less than 60 pounds must use a car seat or booster seat.

Vehicle capacity shall be considered the lessor of
- Vehicle manufacturer rated capacity
- Lone Mountain published passenger capacity
- Driver determined safe operating capacity

Lone Mountain and/or Driver reserves the right to refuse passengers or cargo deemed to exceed capacity or pose any risk to safe operation

Booking contact and all passengers shall be held financially and lawfully liable for any and all damages to vehicles, equipment, property, and premises of Lone Mountain Logistics, it's employees, and affiliates.
